Question Ubuntu system has lost DNS access
At the most embarrassing time, Firefox on my Ubuntu laptop wouldn't connect to any websites. I've narrowed it down to a DNS issue. Comment Post #286022 It has nothing to do with whether I think the name is ridiculous or not. It's a matter of courtesy. Mocking people's user names should be out of bounds here. The only exception I'd make is for intentionally offensive names.

Comment Post #285144 No opinion here at this point, but the current name is confusing. The description says the topic is really Linux and Unix-like systems, and some questions have been on the MacOS, which is Unix with a lot of stuff built on top of it. Whether there's a merger or not, a more descriptive name than "Linux...
