See "works for me" indicator in list of questions?

+3
−1

I do not see a way to tell on the main list of questions which ones have been marked as "works for me" by the OP.

I can see the questions which indicate they have zero answers, but I consider any question that has no answer marked "works for me" as still open and I wish to focus on those questions.

Would you please build a way to scan down the list of questions and easily see which ones are not "works for me" yet? Or please tell me how I can enable a view for that.

Shouldn't this request go in meta.codidact? (4 comments)

This isn't an answer so much as some information related to your question.

We have an open GitHub issue to add searching on reactions. We can already search by post type, category, user, score, and other things, so this seems a reasonable extension. We haven't gotten to it yet, though.

That wouldn't fully address your request -- you could do it, but you'd have to repeat the search any time you wanted to find such questions. However, we're also working on filters -- there's a draft pull request, not just aspiration -- which will let you change the default view of a category.

If we had search by reaction, and if we further had search questions by answer reaction, then it would seem feasible to also add the capability to filters. I hadn't previously considered "search questions by properties of answers", so I don't know how hard that is.

So... we don't have this yet, and several pieces would have to come together, but I can see a path toward what you're asking for. I've linked this question from that search issue, and I'll ask about "search questions by answer properties" -- which has applications beyond reactions, too. ("Questions with no answer scores above X", for example.) It won't be soon, but it's on our radar now.
