Red border on question

red border

I wonder how I got the red border. I was going to click Ctrl+Tab. Unfortunately, I had clicked on something else. I don't know what I clicked. I had clicked on Enter to see if I could enter the page. But, I couldn't. So, I was trying to know how I got the hover. So, I started clicking Ctrl+Tab (which only changes tab), Ctrl+Alt+Tab (which only move to Top Bar or Window), Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Tab (same as Ctrl+Alt+Tab). I had tried with fn and, Super button also. But, I can't get the border again. Why I got the border?

I am using Google Chrome. I never got red border like this in any site (no matter what I clicks). I am in Manjaro.

There are keyboard shortcuts for navigation. Unfortunately they don't seem to be documented in help (at least I couldn't find an entry there), but you can see a list by typing ?.

The red frame is the currently selected question; you can navigate with j and k (probably you activated it by pressing one of those). Then pressing enter gets you right to the selected question. There are other shortcuts as well; see the above mentioned list.

Once activated, I don't know how to get rid of the red frame other than by reloading the page.

If you don't want to have the keyboard shortcuts at all, you can disable them in your user preferences.
