I wonder how I got the red border. I was going to click `Ctrl+Tab`. Unfortunately, I had clicked on something else. I don't know what I clicked. I had clicked on `Enter` to see if I could enter the page. But, I couldn't. So, I was trying to know how I got the hover. So, I started clicking `Ctrl+Tab` (which only changes tab), `Ctrl+Alt+Tab` (which only move to Top Bar or Window), `Ctrl+Alt+Shift+Tab` (same as `Ctrl+Alt+Tab`). I had tried with `fn` and, `Super` button also. But, I can't get the border again. Why I got the border?

I am using Google Chrome. I never got red border like this in any site (no matter what I clicks). I am in Manjaro.
