Show GPU usage in System Monitor

In PopOS's standard System Monitor application, how do I see the GPU usage? I can see the CPU, RAM, disk and network usage, and graphs for them, but GPU usage is listed nowhere. It's available in MacOS and Windows with similar hardware (MSI Nvidia 4080S on Linux), so it should be available for monitoring in Linux, too.

It's definitely possible, however PopOS might not have added that functionality yet. For example, here is KDE Plasma's System Monitor with a page from the community that shows data:
