Can we ask hacking related question?

Hacking tools are execute from terminal. While Powerusers is for OS's Q&A. Some sample of Linux system's question is included below :
- How to turn on night light in terminal?
- How to create users in terminal?
- Why wireless isn't showing?
Actually, in this site users can ask how to use the tool from command line. And, hacking tools are used from terminal also. So, can we ask following types of question?
- Which Facebook BruteForcer work in "Kali/Terminal"? (I have tried "this command" and, this is returning following error.)
- I was trying to use sqlmap but, I am having this kind of problem and this
Sorry! I am not actually using Kali or any kind of Pen-testing OS that's why I couldn't add more related question here.

There's lot of Facebook Brute Forcer and lot of hacking tools is available in github.
Don't ask :
- You can't ask us which Brute Forcer is best(Which tool you have to use for fb/insta/website hacking).
- I have found the git repo (tool) how to use it?
- There's lot of tools available in Kali Linux, Parrot and Black Arch. So, sometime you may start using a new Software. Let's take wpscan(Wordpress Scanner). You have started hacking a website using that Software and, you got no error even, nothing is showing. For that reason you can't ask those kind of question.
- Metasploit is a tool which every beginner ethical hacker uses. Sometime you may faces problem on Metasploit/msfvenom also. You can't ask this type of question.
You can ask :
- Every tools (I am indicating hacking tools here) is created by programming. Suppose, you have found a brute forcer and, you are facing a problem (
Syntax error) than, you can ask; Show us source code of that programming. And, tell us what you have tried. And tell us where the problem is if you know. ~ You have to ask this type of question in Software Codidact cause, this is programming related question. - Question like whole data isn't showing on POST sql injection and not getting whole data by sqlmap. This is kind of question is also related to programming, So you should ask this kind of question in Software Codidact also.
