sum of received votes (up minus down)

I saw @dsr's user card.

As you can see his sum of received votes is 1. But, if you visit his profile than it will show you that he has a question and answer, both of which have 1+1=2 upvotes. He didn't get any downvotes. In Linux meta and Q&A none of questions have any downvotes.

But, I remember I had downvoted his post. I had removed the downvote also. But, the number didn't change. So, it is a bug.

I was checking my profile also. In my user card, I have 5

But, when I visited my profile I saw I have 5 upvotes (4 in question 1 in answer) and 1 downvotes (In question). So, that's a bug also.
